Service Application Instructions

In order to receive electrical service from Ohop Mutual Light Company, all prospective customers must complete the following steps:

The above mentioned items can be submitted in a variety of ways. Select one of the following options to choose your method of submission:

  • Online - Upload files using the "Attach..." buttons to the left (PDF, JPG, etc.)
  • Fax - Print and fax your application and copy of your photo ID(s)
  • Mail - Print and mail your application and copy of your photo ID(s)

Once your application has been submitted, please call our office to complete the process of establishing your new electric service account.
